Who Is Waterway NC?

WATERway NC is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that gathers resources to help Wilmington-area families maintain critical water and sewer services. We work with community partners including Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) and New Hanover County (NHC) to offer emergency, one-time bill payments before water shut offs occur. The NHC Department of Health and Human Services administers this program. 
​Assistance is based on need, and currently available to any customer of CFPUA. As we grow, we hope to expand our reach to nearby municipalities.
