BILL ASSISTANCE
If you are seeking assistance on your water bill from the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) in New Hanover County (NHC), North Carolina, you've come to the right place.
WATERway NC raises funds for a bill assistance program administered by the NHC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and they administer this program.
